Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a chat. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a chat. If you are unable to give us a 48 hour advance cancellation notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your scheduled chat. No refunds.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their chat for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” A no-show is considered, if at my first attempt to connect with you at your scheduled time via phone, skype, face time, or any other form of communications used to chat is unsuccessful, you will be charged full price for your "no show" and no refund will be given.
